project description

A previous barn conversion situated in the green belt required remodelling and reorganisation of internal spaces to meet the client's requirements.

A small extension to the rear of the property provided a private entrance for staff working from the property with the inclusion of an office, toilet and boot room and improved access through into the main house.

The front elevation was returned to it's former arched entrance way with the removal of a 1970's porch replaced with a large glazed frame with traditional barn door increasing the amount of natural light entering the double height entrance hall and new oak staircase.

Project also included new windows throughout and a new master bedroom en-suite.
